1-1-4 Plasmid Midiprep Purification Kit

The Plasmid Midiprep Purification Kit is based on a very simple and rapid procedure of plasmid DNA from 20~100 ml liquid culture by spin column format. High quality DNA without RNA contamination, can be prepared in less than an hour. The yield of DNA more than 100 μg is quantitative and reproducible, and the DNA is sufficient pure for direct use in any application, e.g. PCR, restriction digestion, cloning, automated DNA sequencing, southern blot, in vitro transcription assay and transfection.
